Pickerington Player Fees FAQ
What is included in your seasonal player fees?
- Coaching and Compensation - The Blast FC Pickerington, as part of our quality assurance program and mission, make the selection and retention of the finest coaching staff a priority. All payments to your team coach and assistant coach will be made by the club.
- League Membership and Fees - Fees for our team participation in the appropriate league
- Ohio South Youth Soccer Association, US Club Soccer, United States Youth Soccer Association and United States Soccer Federation Fees - Registration, insurance and other benefits.
- Staff Compensation - Blast FC Pickerington employs a qualified, professional staff to direct and oversee all aspects of their soccer programs. All or a portion of these salaries are paid from the player fees.
- Club Administration Costs - Technology, registration, office supplies, equipment, etc.
- Risk Management and Background Checks - Security checks are performed on all Blast FC Pickerington staff, coaches, and volunteers.
- Tournaments - Tournaments will be selected by team coach and approved by the Director of Coaching and be a required part of each team's annual plan. All teams in MOSSL will be required to play in the MOSSL tournament and is included in the fee. The team will pay for any additional approved tournaments. The Club expects that the higher level teams in each age group above U12 will compete in three or more tournaments a season.
